Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. While most orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, we try to process and fulfill orders on the weekend as well.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required!
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in the U.S. and 7-10+ business days for delivery outside the U.S.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, and while we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may occasionally be delays beyond our control.
- Pre-Orders will ship once we receive them. Times will vary on this.
Final Sale Policy:
- All sales are final. However, if something is wrong with your purchase we try our best to work with each customer to ensure they are happy at the end of the day!
- If you have any questions or concerns about an item before purchasing, feel free to contact us, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.
- If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we cannot reship orders once they’ve been delivered to the address provided.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged by the carrier.
International Shipping:
- We do offer shipping to a handful of countries outside of the U.S., but shipping and local customs/duties will apply.
